The Switch House
Our first stop is right along the river, just off 95 and close to downtown. With vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and an open floor plan to customize the wedding to your liking, this place is ideal for any and all weddings. The facility is a restored electrical plant built in the 1920’s. The 20 foot iron windows are a true highlight, along with the 3 tiered chandeliers. They also have a famous raw bar and a full service bar. They also have a hotel attached for the wedding party or other guests. Stotesbury Mansion
In the heart of downtown Philly is our next location. The wide, hardwood floors and chandeliers make up an unforgettable interior design. The venue is three stories and includes multiple bars and private areas. An in season Saturday wedding will cost you $3,000 for a five hour rental. Each additional hour is another $500. Platform Thirty
This wedding venue is located in the north of Philadelphia, in Manayunk. Originally a train station, the venue now mixes elegant charm and modern class. The venue can hold up to 125 guests seated during the big day. The images online show a place that can be outfitted however you like and with glass silverware and hardwood floors. The Sage Farmhouse
This incredibly restored 1785 mansion resides on 4 scenic acres. The outdoor spaces include a brick courtyard fountain and lush landscape. They offer free tours of the estate that last for 30 minutes. An in season Saturday wedding starts at $4,000 for a five hour ceremony and reception. Furthermore, the venue can seat up to 70 guests. Knowlton Mansion
Up to road in Northeast Philly we have this 19th century estate. The venue sits on 13 lovely acres and was originally built in 1881 and restored in 1999. The venue includes dinner stations, a DJ and band facility, and patios and gardens for photos. Finally, the venue is 4,000 square feet and can house up to 250 guests. The Palmyra
Our final venue is just across the river. It is a beautifully remodeled venue that can house up to 200 guests. Their floor plan is designed around stations, including a 20 foot long buffet station for dinner. They have a huge cocktail area, spacious bathrooms, and a mid-sized bar.
